POLICY
キャンセルに関して
CANCELLATIONS
made 1 month before GYC are non-refundable and non-transferable.
・If cancellation is due to a camper’s illness or medical reasons, or other uncontrollable circumstance, your fees will be refunded minus the deposit when cancellation is accompanied by a doctor’s statement/official statement
・Deposit of 5000 yen will be required in such an emergency 1 month~ 1 week prior the event
・Deposit of 10,000 yen will be required in such an emergency within 1 week before
キャンセルに関して
* GYC開始日より一か月以内に連絡されたキャンセルは返金不能・譲渡不能です
* 参加者の急病といった医学的理由、またはその他の制御不能な状況によるやむを得ないキャンセルの場合、医師による診断書もしくは公的な証明書の提出をもって、手数料を引いた参加費が返金されます
* GYC開始日の一か月から一週間前までに上記のような緊急事態を連絡いただいた場合、手数料は5000円になります
* GYC開始日の一週間前以内に上記のような緊急事態を連絡いただいた場合、手数料は10000円になります

To JOIN
you must be between the ages of 17~24, be able to speak English at the necessary level, be willing to make new friends and share your ideas with others. Exceptions can be arranged for those who want to join but don't quite make the requirements.
より良いプログラムを提供するために参加資格は17〜24歳であることと、一定の英語レベルをお持ちの方に限らせて頂いております。また英語力に自信がないけどプログラムにご興味と参加意欲のある方は必要レベルに達していなくても参加できる場合がございます。一度ご相談ください。
