Outbound Internship to Singapore YMCA - Techsrun Ly's Story, Day 4


I visited a place call garden by the bay. The place is so beautiful in many ways. First, of course the Super tree and the light show there, is amazing. Most of the tourists won’t miss this. But because i have longer time compared to just visiting tourists, I also visited another place in the Garden by the bay area. It is one small corner in that area which is call Marina Barrage it is a very peaceful and relaxing place.

From there I can see the sea and the Marina Bay Sands Hotel(the three buildings with something like a boat on top of it ). What is nice about the place is that it is covered by grass. So it simply like you are on a hill covered with grass closed to the see and you can also see the skyscraper in the same time. I spent some time with my friends sitting there just to chill. There were also people coming as couples, family with little lovely children. I also see a group of people celebrating birthday for their friend. I realize that Singapore is not only about Merlion, the gorges night view, the skyscrapers and all the cool and energetic things. There is also part of it where people can slow down and enjoy their lives. If you come to Singapore and have time,

Today, I start on thinking how to promote a video on facebook. I first get to know that, by using ad manager in facebook, facebook optimizes the video promotion campaign. For example, facebook can optimize the promotion for the objective of brain awareness, event attendant, video viewing. And video ad can also synchronize with ad on instagram or event other apps and website, to make the advertising more effective.

Viewing is what i think is the main objective. What is more, by using facebook we can reach out to very specific audience. Do you remember that sometimes you checked in a place or sharing on facebook that you are traveling to a certain place. I think we should promote our video to students who love traveling is one of our important target because our brand strategy this time is “international”. And by using facebook i could do just that.

最近、はMarina Barrageというところに遊びにいってきました。高層ビルばかりのシンガポールとはまた違った雰囲気の場所でした。そこは、草が広がった広場でした。近くにある海もみれるし、あの有名なMarina Bay Sands ホテルも見えます。そして、そこは観光客が少ないですが、現地のシンガポール人はたくさんいました。小さい子供連れの家族とか、カップルとかの人達でした。シンガポール人はいつも忙しそうですが、ここにいる人はゆっくりしていました。これを見ると、シンガポール人のもう一つの面もみれたなと思いました。

今日はどのように広報ビデオを広告のビデオとして、打ち出せばいいかも勉強しながら考えました。そこから、Facebookで広報のビデオの広告を打ち出すことについて勉強し、Uni-Y広告を広めることに努めました。調べたところ、Facebookで広告を打ち出せば、いくかの便利な機能をみつけました。Facebookは広告の目的に応じて、最適な広告キャンペーンを提案してくれます。例えば、知名度をあげる、イベントに参加させる、商品を買わせるといった広告の目的が選べます。今回は広報ビデオの広告の知名度をあげることに該当します。

また、Facebookの広告機能では、Facebookだけでなく、インスタグラムといった他のSNSプラットフォームやアプリ、サイトでも総合的に広告を打ち出すことができます。そして、広告を見せる視聴者も細かく、正確にコントロールできます。今回のUni-Yのイメージ戦略は国際的というキーワードが入っていますので、Facebookでよく旅行している写真を投稿している大学生が標的視聴者に決めることができます。
