The Youth Committee (which helps run our Global Youth Conference) had their first retreat on May 11, 12. Our main goal for these days was about team building and learning what it takes to be a leader. We did various activities such as trust falls, scavenger hunts and discussions on stress management. Throughout the day, we've seen all of our youth committee members proactively working together. Having all the members share their experience and opinions made a safe open space for all to help build a strong connection with each individual. We believe that the Youth committee members will continue to grow by being positive influence on each other.
先週の5月11日、12日にユースコミッティーによるリトリートを行いました。 チームビルディングとリーダーシップを高める事を目標に様々なアクティビティを行いました。ユースコミッティー全員が協力し合いながら積極的に取り組む姿を目にすることが出来ました。何よりも、一人一人のメンバーがお互いに自分の経験を分かち合い、今までよりも深く繋がれたと実感出来たと思っております。今後もユースコミッティーの活動がますます彼らの成長に良い影響を与えれるよう取り組みます。
